Working to a set budget, our team managed the entire refurbishment project from conceptual planning to creating a schedule of work, and carrying out the design and install of the new washroom facilities.

Challenges included managing the activity with minimum disruption to the day to day running of this 24-hour business. Careful planning from our project management team ensured that we were able to keep the maximum amount of washrooms accessible to staff. Working with Reynold’s health and safety management team, we advised on the most suitable cubicle range which was to be high quality with budget-friendly fixtures and fittings. Our S3:60 Solid Grade Laminate Cubicle Range was selected for its practical durability, long serviceability and its modern, functional design spec. The range comes in a selection of colours that complement any design scheme.

We also used Trovex Hygienic Wall Cladding which has antibacterial properties to fight germs for all-around hygiene and provides easy maintenance in the washroom environment.

As experts in our field, our training and experience enable us to advise our clients on official legislation and guidance for washroom facilities. With this in mind, we adapted Reynold’s existing disabled toilet and increased the dimensions to the new build ‘Doc M’ washrooms, ensuring that our client was fully compliant with legislation and the safety and welfare of staff were met.
