Project Overview
The Didcot Wave and Gym is an extremely popular leisure centre in Buckinghamshire which boasts of their wave machine, indoor flume ride and beach area, making it a great venue for a family visit.
On this project we installed new Trovex s3:60 toilet cubicles and duct Panels in conjunction with new sanitaryware on a tight project schedule of 4 days to minimise facility down time.
The S3:60 laminate systems were supplied in solid grade laminate, which is incredibly durable and resistant to water. All Pipework was concealed behind the duct panelling to optimise the aesthetics and remove any remove dirt traps. This system is an excellent solution for high traffic areas, designed to withstand frequent use but at the same time provide quick and easy access to pipework and services if necessary.
For the colours, Zebrano Storm laminate was used for the duct panels and cubicles partitions with Midnight black shadow gaps, complimented by contrasting Heritage blue cubicle doors. These colours where chosen to match the centre’s modern facilities and corporate colour theme.
Overall due to the high-volume usage of the washrooms, the S3:60 cubicle system was chosen for its’ design, waterproof and vandal resistant qualities.
